Completed in 2017, this residence was planned with less square footage but big volumes.

The client’s family consisted of five members, hence a minimum of three bedrooms. The setting is purely traditional, with hints of modern interior design elements.

The building expands into a double height volume just after entering into the living room, and this transition makes it look like a big place for such a small footprint.

A single flight leads to the upper floor where a traditional motif of breezy wood lattice creates a living area.
