This Residence was designed for Mr. Joby, an IT Engineer as an after retirement house. Located in Pattazhi-one of the hottest regions of Kerala, this house was designed as per the local climate.to reduce the temperature inside the house, Porotherm bricks were used for construction by traditional construction methods using locally available workmanship. Fenestrations have been given around the building for a well-lit and Airy space.
