Residence for a small family. The design intent was to bring a piece of Kerala to Bangalore, where this house is located. The house has most traditional Kerala motifs, the client being an ardent collector of artefacts. The lower two floor is for rent, and the upper floor for the client. Laterite cladding and other elements make this house look like it is taken straight out from Kerala and put here.
